The attendant interpreter service is used for simple interpretation, such as at the reception of expositions or in transportation services. Consecutive or simultaneous interpretation service is used for business negotiations and meetings.-Extra fee
An extra fee may be added for early morning or late night work.-Transportation and traveling expenses
Transportation and traveling expenses will be charged in addition to the interpretation fee. Taxi expenses will also be charged for early morning or late night work, or when the location is not conveniently accessible by public transportation.Traveling expenses and binding fees while on the move will be applied in cases where the work is located 100 km from major stations such as on the Yamanote Line in Metropolitan Tokyo. Accommodation charges may also be added.

* The amount of time for which one individual can work as a simultaneous or consecutive interpreter is limited. We suggest hiring an appropriate number of people to suit the situation.Suggested number of interpreters:

An overseas coordinating fee (10% of the interpretation fee) will be charged in addition to the interpretation fee when we arrange for local interpreters at overseas locations.-Cancellation fee
Cancellation fees will be assessed based on the rules below when formalized orders are cancelled.- 4-5 days before the conference ... 30% of the total price excluding transportation fee
- 3 days before the conference ... 50% of the total price excluding transportation fee
- 2 days before the conference ... 70% of the total price excluding transportation fee
- The day before or on the day of the conference ... 100% of the total price excluding transportation fee
