* The time a single person can work as a simultaneous or consecutive interpreter is limited. We suggest hiring the appropriate number of people, according to the situation.
* Fees for preparation or meeting in advance: Fees for preparation or arrangement in advance, according to the specialty of interpretation, will occasionally be charged. Communication through an interpreter demands a certain amount of arrangement. Even a first-rate interpreter cannot accomplish his or her job without sufficient information in advance. Please let us know about the contents of the interpretation.
* Traveling expenses, binding fees while moving, and accommodation charges will be applied in cases where the work is located 100km from the stations of the Yamate Line. Please inquire for more details.
* Transportation and traveling expenses will be charged in addition to the interpretation fee. Taxi expenses will also be charged for early morning or late night work, or when the location is not conveniently accessible by public transportation.
