We prepare quotations based on the source materials (video and script), but if these are not yet available, we can also provide an approximate quote based on the information you provide.

For video localization, pricing is determined by factors such as the video length, language, level of specialization, delivery date and whether video editing is required. Volume discounts are available. Depending on the details of the project, we may be able to offer a discount for long-form videos, ongoing series projects or simultaneous multilingual projects.
The timeframe varies depending on the target language, degree of specialization and scope of work. For example, producing a Japanese version of a 30-minute lecture video takes approximately one to one-and-a-half weeks for subtitle or dubbing translation, or two to three weeks when subtitling and video editing or dubbing recording are included (excluding your review period). If you have a fixed date for using the Japanese version, we will prepare a schedule by working backwards from that date. Please feel free to contact us for details.
Yes. We offer plans that combine AI translation with revision by professional translators (post-editing), as well as narration production using AI-generated voices, which can significantly reduce costs and turnaround times. We will recommend the most suitable plan after discussing your budget and desired quality level.

For videos intended for business use, the copyright to translated subtitles generally belongs to the client, and they may be freely reused. However, where a narrator’s recorded voice is included, restrictions may apply depending on the media and duration of use. Please contact us for details.
