Minimum Number of Business Days Required from Inquiry to Service Use

It takes a minimum of 1 to 2 business days from your initial inquiry to the start of service. During this time, we will explain and propose our services, confirm various conditions, select production staff, and schedule the project. Therefore, we do not accept same-day production or delivery requests on the day of the initial inquiry. After starting a business relationship, same-day or next-day production may be possible with prior consultation.

From Inquiry to Order Placement

Inquiries and Requests Regarding Design and Production

Please fill out the required information on the request/inquiry form and submit it.

Quotation

Details of your request will be discussed via phone, online meetings, or in-person consultations. Our representative will confirm the specifics and any unclear points of your request and provide a quotation.

Order Placement and Contract

After reviewing the delivery date, price, etc., if everything is satisfactory, please send an order confirmation by email. Once the contract details are confirmed, production will begin.

Production Process

Meetings and Discussions

A dedicated design team and project manager will confirm your requirements and specifications before starting production.

Translation and Copywriting (If Necessary)

* If no translation is required, we will proceed to the design phase after reviewing the site structure.

Design (If Necessary)

We will continue production while confirming requirements and making proposals.

Review

You will review the layout and design, and we will make adjustments as necessary.

From Delivery to Completion

Delivery

Upon completion of production, we will deliver the production data or printed materials according to your request.

Invoice Issuance

An invoice in PDF format will be sent to you by the predetermined due date.

Feedback

If we receive general feedback from you, it will be reflected in future projects. We also strive to improve our services based on feedback collected through optional customer surveys about our services.

Support for Maintenance, Reprints, and Revisions

Data for completed projects is strictly managed so that it can be smoothly used for future maintenance, reprints, or revisions.
