STEP 01 | From Inquiry to Order

Complete the required fields in our inquiry form and submit your request.

Your dedicated coordinator will explain our services and discuss your plans and requirements.

Contract and Order

Once the contract is in place, we will confirm details such as the date, location, and nature of the assignment. We will then propose a delivery plan and arrange the interpreter best suited to your needs.

STEP 02 | Preparing for the Assignment

Provide the Necessary Materials

Please send us all relevant information between one week and three days before the assignment. This may include handouts and presentation materials to be used on the day, documents explaining the purpose and background of the communication, the schedule and agenda, the names, organizations, and job titles of attendees, and a floor plan of the venue.

Pre-assignment Meeting

For official assignments involving highly specialized subject matter or requiring exceptional accuracy, we will hold a one- to two-hour meeting no later than three days before the assignment. Interpreting for an emcee, seminar, or similar event may also require advance interpreter training or a rehearsal of the program.
* If this is your first time using an interpreting service, we recommend allowing at least two weeks for preparation.

Interpreting on the Day

We prepare the necessary interpreting equipment and conduct a thorough briefing before the assignment begins. A coordinator can also provide on-site support when required.

STEP 03 | Invoicing and Follow-up

Invoice

We will mail your invoice by the date agreed in advance.

Client Feedback

We may invite you to share feedback on the interpreting and our overall service through an optional interview or survey. Your comments help us continuously improve our service quality.

Lead Time for Arranging an Interpreter

These are the minimum lead times needed to propose the right service, select an interpreter, and arrange transportation to the assignment location.
We are unable to dispatch an interpreter on the day of your inquiry or the following business day.
