Interpreter Management and Appropriate Assignment

We assign the right professional according to the nature and level of each engagement. Our interpreters prepare thoroughly and spare no effort to deliver their best performance. Whenever possible, we assign interpreters who are frequently requested by returning clients.

Interpretation Skills and Business Etiquette

We believe that interpreters need more than language skills and specialist knowledge: they must also demonstrate professional etiquette and close attention to each assignment. We therefore consider each interpreter's personality and responsiveness when making an assignment.

Interpretation Equipment Setup and On-Site Support

Our coordinators can provide on-site support with the installation and management of interpretation equipment, allowing them to respond to unexpected issues or changes at the venue. On request, we can assist with everything from positioning interpreter booths and handling updates to programs, scripts, and presentation materials to collecting receivers after the event.

Post-Assignment Review and Feedback

We evaluate each completed assignment using client feedback and the interpreter's report, then apply what we learn to further improve the quality of our services.
